Finger Lakes Opera produces fully staged operas of the highest caliber, engaging with a varied roster of professional artists, directors, and designers. Founded in 2012 by current artistic director Gerard Floriano, Finger Lakes Opera became an independent non-profit organization in 2017. The flourishing Young Artist Program has quickly become one of the jewels of Finger Lakes Opera and attracting incredibly up-and-coming talent to the Finger Lakes Region. FLO continues to grow tremendously, including a renewed commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

WILL YOU HELP SUPPORT OPERA IN ROCHESTER?
Our 2022 Season was magical, and 2023 will be even better with our main-stage production of Aida. As we move into our next decade, we need your help.
Before the pandemic, our ticket sales and other earned revenue accounted for 30% of our total income. After COVID-19, that number has fallen less than 10%. Will you help us bridge the gap by contributing to our Annual Fund?
Together, we can keep the music playing for decades to come.
THANK YOU TO OUR PROGRAM ADVERTISERS
We extend our gratitude for these local businesses and organizations for their support of Finger Lakes Opera.
