LUTIN TANNER

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION

Lutin Tanner, from Mankato, Minnesota, received a BA in Dance and Theatre from Western Michigan University. He danced with Garth Fagan Dance from 1995-2000, and then transitioned to resident Lighting Designer & Production Manager for Dance New Amsterdam in NYC. Using his unique dance lighting perspective Lutin has worked with a wide range of artists from Rasta Thomas, Nathan Trice, Ronald K. Brown Evidence, and Eglevsky Ballet to name a few. Lutin is Garth Fagan Dance’s Resident Lighting Designer & Production Stage Manager.

KASI L. KRENZER MARSHALL

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR


Kasi has her degree in Stage Direction and a myriad of management, design, and performance credits in the opera, theatre, and film industries, having worked on 14 stage productions last calendar year alone. Marshall first worked with FLO as the Costume Designer for our 2019 Young Artist Program production of JACK AND THE BEANSTALK. Since then, she has assumed numerous roles and responsibilities. In 2024 Marshall joined our twelve month staff as our Community Engagement & Operations Director, supporting our behind the scenes processes leading up to, during, and after the summer opera festival. She oversees community concerts/recitals, special events, as well as system development, and daily administrative tasks. During our summer productions she steps out of the office to be hands-on in production as our Assistant Director of Production and Props Master, roles she also embodied last summer culminating on our production of AIDA at the Rochester Auditorium Theatre. In addition to costuming, she was also the Stage Director for our 2023 Fall YAP Tour of GOLDIE B LOCKS & THE THREE SINGING BEARS, and she will again direct this fall's tour. 

RICK HAUG

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Rick Haug is excited to be returning to FLO for the 3rd time. He has been working in professional theatre for 20 years and has worked on over 75 productions around the world. He is currently the Production Manager for the University at Buffalo’s Theatre and Dance Department. Some favorite professional credits include the National tours of The Wizard of Oz, Shrek the Musical, Spring Awakening, and The Gazillion Bubbles Show. He has also served as Technical Director in Buffalo for Three Musketeers, The Curious Incident of the dog in the Night-Time, and Murder on the Orient Express at Shea’s 710 Theatre. Rick is a loving husband and father and also a proud union member with IATSE local 10 in Buffalo and the United University Professionals.

BEVERLY BAUMAN

STAGE MANAGER/ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER

Beverly Bauman is extremely honored to be working with FLO again, having previously worked as assistant stage manager for productions of The Barber of Seville and Aida, and the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Young Artist Program . Some of her favorite credits working as a stage manager in Rochester are Blackfriars Theatre's Cabaret, Imagination Station with Mrs. Kasha Davis, Once on This Island, Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind, and Next to Normal. Other notable credits in Rochester include serving as stage manager of Pittsford Musical’s Beauty and the Beast, and OFC Creations's Oliver, Spring Awakening, and Sister Act. In addition to her theater work, Bev spends her days educating young minds as a preschool teacher at the Children’s Center of Brighton.
