For this episode, Maestro Floriano will be joined by special guest Thomas Warfield, who is a Senior Lecturer at RIT’s Performing Arts National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID). Floriano and Warfield will discuss the rare 1963 recording of Porgy and Bess which features Warfield’s uncle, William Warfield, singing the title role of Porgy, and his aunt, Leontyne Price, singing the role of Bess.
